“Food Insecurity in the U.S.” is a three-hour on-demand online course I designed while I was employed by The Congressional Hunger Center. It is designed specifically for dietitians on the size and scope of the problem and how we can use our voices to create a hunger-free society. The course has been approved by the Commission on Dietetic Registration for 3 CPEUs upon submission of certificate of completion.
